We always strive to serve best quality of foods / drinks. However, you may experience unhappy result in takeaway.
In order to receive a replacement or refund, it's required to bring back both the food and/or drink items and the receipt. Otherwise, we are not able to replace your food and/or drink items or process the refund.
We will gladly replace or refund any items that are returned.
